Deborah Moore is the Founder and CEO of CorePatient. She pairs hands-on platform design and build experience, with a specialization in UX and UI design, with decades of healthcare commercialization and go-to-market leadership across health technology, diagnostics, and life sciences, including roles at GE Healthcare, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and UC San Diego Health, and companies taken from early stage through growth and acquisition. That blend of product design and commercial strategy is what lets her both see the gap and build the answer to it.
She founded CorePatient to close that gap: clinical action governance, the control tower and the true black box healthcare has always lacked.

As Co-Founder, President and COO, Jeff Moore owns CorePatient's operational and corporate spine, keeping a lean company organized, defensible, and ready to scale. He brings decades of operations, process, and compliance leadership across manufacturing, e-commerce development and operations, and financial services, with a focus on disciplined frameworks, rigorous documentation, and workflows built for both speed and accountability.
He partners with the CEO to ensure that as the platform advances, the company behind it is built to the same standard as the architecture it carries.
